How the current Neon Rhino website uses cookies and browser storage.

This is a practical MVP policy template for the current Neon Rhino site setup and should be reviewed before final public launch, particularly once the legal business entity, booking/payment system or third-party analytics are confirmed.

Current cookie and storage use

The current Neon Rhino MVP does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

The site uses local browser storage to remember that you have dismissed the cookie information notice. This prevents the notice appearing every time you visit. The Route Finder itself runs in your browser and sends a completion record to Neon Rhino only when you finish it.

Essential platform technology

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may use essential technical cookies or request data where needed for security, performance or authentication. For example, the private admin areas use Cloudflare Access authentication.

If we add analytics or marketing cookies

If Neon Rhino later adds non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies, this policy and the site's consent controls should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
